Our Ticketing Office is part and parcel of our Outbound Department, which handles all of the travel arrangements for both our Operations Department and also it's own esteemed clientele. Located in the affluent district of Heliopolis, the Outbound Department is fully equipped with the state-of-the-art reservations systems and is staffed by an experienced team which is trained to the highest standards required in such a competitive industry.

In addition to arranging scheduled and charter flights, the Outbound Department also arranges the following functions: hotel reservations, surface transportation, as well as assisting with visa applications and the re-confirmation of flight reservations (both international and domestic).
