Characteristics
The Mövenpick Resort in El Gouna is located directly By the sea on an artificial island surrounded by lagoons, 15 miles north of the Red Sea port of Hurghada.
The Mediterranean Kafr El Gouna Village is about 800 meters from the hotel and offers, among other attractions, a museum, various restaurants and bars, a disco and an entertainment arcade.

A new extension to the existing operation is now up and running. The room number increased from 298 to 418.
A new large pool along with a child pool (both heated) and the new "Lagoon Bar" has been added. A reason more to visit our beautiful resort. We are looking forward to welcoming you.

Presidential suite
A unique suite, offering bedroom, 2 living rooms and
private pool.

Junior suites
All 15 deluxe suites overlook the sea and offer luxurious
comfort and exclusive ambiance.

Deluxe rooms

Spacious guest rooms in Mediterranean style. Equipped
with large shower, direct dial phone, satellite TV, radio,
minibar, hair dryer. All rooms overlook either the sea or
the lagoon. Non-smoking and rooms for handicapped
are available.

Family rooms
Spacious duplex rooms with 2 additional beds on upper level.

Extension with 120 new rooms
The 120 new rooms are located on a peninsula between
El Sayadin restaurant and the 18 hole golf course.
The rooms and facilities are corresponding to the
existing ones, except the furnishing is different in a
more modern look.


Mövenpick Palavrion Restaurant

Offers the famous Mövenpick breakfast buffet and an
unparalleled evening dining experience. Our chefs have
developed a sequence of buffet theme menues that guide
you through the world of culinary highlights. 200 seats
inside and 150 seats outside (terrace covered in winter)


El Sayadin Restaurant & Bar
Escape and let us spoil you in the breathtaking ambience
of the Sayadin restaurant. Fresh fish, Mediterranean and
Lebanese specialties. Open for dinner and lunch. Guests
on half board can enjoy a credit.


Oasis Pool Restaurant & Bar
Open during the day it is the perfect place to enjoy the
sunny side of life. Serving a large variety of light dishes,
pizza, pasta and oriental delicacies. The swim-up pool bar
serves fancy and refreshing cocktails.


Gallery Bar & Restaurant
Grown out of our existing Gallery bar, this newly opened
restaurant offers breakfast, buffet dinners and a la carte
meals in a cozy atmosphere.


Scenario Fun Pub & Internet Cafe
The ideal place for real entertainment. Videogames, pool
billiard, internet nightly life entertainment while enjoying
your favorite drink.


Lagoon Restaurant & Bar
Located around the beautifully designed fading-edge pool,
overlooking the lagoons and the golf course. For snacks,
light lunches and drinks.


Piazza
For a quiet drink during the day or to enjoy our nightly

Viva Ice Cream Boutique
Offers the famous Mövenpick ice cream, cakes,
pastries, sandwiches and a take away service.
