H. SITE INSPECTION:
Most incentives and conventions entail one or more site inspections and we
welcome these as an opportunity for showing our clients some of the facilities
Egypt has to offer for successful programs, therefore the following policy
guidelines may prove helpful:
1. Whenever possible, we secure complimentary or reduced rate facilities from
hotels and other suppliers on your behalf.
2. We invoice all other costs i.e. net disbursements / out-of-pocket expenses,
to you, at net cost.
3. If the projected program materializes (for you and us) we absorb 50% of the
cost of site inspection (excluding flight tickets), retroactively by crediting
your portion of the invoiced costs at the “final billing stage”.
We look forward to handling your inspections with the same care and attention as
we devote to our group operations, and at the lowest possible cost to you. While
recognizing that, in scheduling a site inspection visit, you are often subject
to limitations imposed by your client, we would ask you to consult us – by
giving us as much advance notice as possible – before finalizing the dates of
your proposed visit.
